Bristol half marathon 2011
well with two days to go before the Bristol half, hope are fading fast for a sub 2hr time.
perpetration has been poor .On Sunday i manage to do my 1 and only long run of 8 miles.
Mean while at Barbering @ Franco’s the monkboy ,Sam,Dan are arranging a sweep stake on the event.
At what mile will Franco collapse!
great support from my team ,don’t you just love em.
the charity i have chosen to run for, is the Meningitis research foundation.
collection boxes are in moda hairdressing & Franco’s so min um denotation is a
fiver .
